Training
 THI
provides expert staff to help healthcare personnel improve their
clinical, technical and managerial skills. Training is custom-designed
to meet the objectives of the client. It is typically carried out
in the host country to ensure its immediate usefulness in the local
healthcare setting, but may also be carried out at a Trinity Health
facility.
In either situation, THI is able to select from a pool of over
40,000 Trinity Health employees and over 7,000 affiliated physicians
for trainers and presenters. This allows us to identify the most
appropriate staff member to conduct the training.
Experts in all phases of hospital operations and management are
available to provide training in many areas, including but not limited
to:
- administrative and middle management skill enhancement
- fiscal planning and budget development
- supervisory and clinical nursing skills
- laboratory and radiology technician retraining and advanced
training
- housekeeping and building maintenance in-service education
- equipment repair and preventive maintenance
- dietary operations
